Search Consultancy are recruiting on behalf of a very exciting growing business who are looking for Customer Sales Advisors to join them on a permanent basis.

This role offering £25,000 as a basic with commission also to be earnt monthly. This role is working in the office Monday - Friday either 09:00 - 17:00 or 11:00 - 19:00 on a shift pattern and 1 in 6 Saturdays.
Job description:
* Deal with a high volume of inbound calls discussing new service options to new customers
* Work towards targets and KPI's on a day, monthly and quarterly basis
* Build good rapport with every customers to establish a successful relationship
* Always remain positive while discussing options with customers
* Discuss in full all options and support each customer through their journey
Experience required:
* Experience in some form of phone based sales
* Excellent communicator
* Proven examples of having build rapport with customers and successful achieved sales targets
