Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through the inspection of manufacturing processes and products.
Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:
- Inspect manufactured parts using a variety of measuring equipment such as callipers, micrometres, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Verify conformance of parts to specifications and quality standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Report non-conformities to the appropriate personnel and assist in resolution
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and work instructions
Quality Control Inspector Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control and inspection
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as callipers, micrometres, and CMM
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures
Quality Control Inspector Day-to-day:
- Inspecting parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards
- Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating any non-conformities and assisting in their resolution
- Collaborating with production and quality control teams to maintain high quality standards
