Location: Brompton on Swale (Factory), with travel across the UK including occasionally abroad.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project/Contract Manager to oversee projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the UK, requiring weekly travel and hands-on management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project management from initial planning through to completion.
- Experience handling FPC and JCT contracts.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Conduct follow-up works and inspections to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project/Contract Manager in the construction industry, preferably within modular building but not essential.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Full UK driving license.
