Due to growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join the team.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Negotiator at Verdala Properties, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging prospective buyers, negotiating sales agreements, and building lasting relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a genuine passion for real estate.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out potential buyers and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, marketing campaigns, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer suitable property options
- Negotiate sales prices and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring the best outcome for both buyer and seller
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth property transactions
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate advice to clients
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably within the Property sector
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local property market in Dundee and surrounding areas is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
