We are seeking a High Pressure Maintenance Specialist to join our client’s team in Teesside. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective critical spares refurbishment, machine work, and high-pressure maintenance, particularly for LDPE and its bespoke high-pressure equipment requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely, high-quality refurbishment activities in the refurbishment workshop
• Maintain quality standards for materials in the critical spares refurbishment loop
• Provide quality control and assurance leadership during planned and unplanned outages
• Diagnose and resolve issues, raise SAP Notifications, and update SAP with findings
• Support reactive breakdown recovery and out-of-hours work
• Ensure technical standards for high-pressure joints as a Joint Making Authority
• Complete specific tasks requiring specialist knowledge on plants
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify improvement actions
• Hold a Work Control Permit and complete risk assessments
Requirements:
• Qualified trade technician with experience in maintenance work within the petrochemical industry
• Understanding of QA/QC standards with the aptitude to influence others
• Hold an FLT license
