Our client is a leader in logistics and distribution, and are seeking a dedicated Dispatch Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Manage warehouse duties, including organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Check drivers in and out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
loading and unloading of goods, optimizing space and time efficiency.
Monitor and manage dispatch schedules, adjusting as needed to meet customer demands.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a logistics or warehouse environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift and move heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
