You will work as part of a team on a rota basis, and must be able to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.

As a Support Worker you can expect to:
- Encourage the people we support to get out into the community
- Assist with cooking and cleaning
- Help with personal care
- Take an active interest in the people we support
- As part of your role, you will be using a digital app called Nourish, where all care and support plans of the people we support are held. Experience of using a digital or mobile app would be desirable however full training will be given
To be a successful Support Worker you must firstly be passionate about supporting people with disabilities and share our values of being united, responsive, creative, honest and strong. You should be a patient and resilient individual who is willing to invest time in getting to know the people we support and understand what care best supports their needs. We also ask that you have experience within this field of work. *Candidates with a UK driving licence is preferred.

Please note this role will include elements of weekend work and waking nights so flexibility is essential. You also must have previous experience.
