Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for the daily operations within a health visiting team. They will work closely with other locality leads, professional development nurse and specialist health visitors to support staff in achieving key objectives for the service. The post holder will review the KPIs and other relevant data monthly for the service and highlight any anomalies in the data ahead of the quarterly contract meetings. The post holder will work closely with the Greenwich 0 to 4 Service Lead.
