We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in this thriving region.
As our Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in driving sales and establishing our presence in Oxford. Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and collaborating closely with our customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship building
Conduct thorough client surveys, prepare detailed proposals, and deliver accurate cost estimates to meet client expectations
Oversee the relocation needs of current clients, fostering strong relationships to maximise client satisfaction and retention
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in higher education and life sciences sectors, positioning Restore Harrow Green as the go-to relocation partner
Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you have a few years experience in consultative sales roles within sectors such as commercial relocation, life sciences, or higher education
You possess strong sales acumen, with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue
Experience in surveying technical work, construction, or relocations is advantageous, along with commercial relocation estimating skills You are energetic, highly motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact
