Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Assist customers in their property
search by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and
guiding them through the sales process.
Property Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Baker
Estates' properties, including their features, pricing, and available options,
to effectively inform and advise customers.
Sales Support: Work closely with experienced Sales Advisors
to facilitate property viewings, prepare marketing materials, and help with
administrative tasks related to the sales process.
Communication: Maintain effective and professional
communication with clients, colleagues, and management through various
channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of
sales contracts, agreements, and other essential documents, ensuring compliance
with company policies and legal requirements.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends,
competitors, and the local new homes and second hand market to provide valuable
insights to potential buyers.
Produce weekly reports for Sales Team including
visitors, trading sheet & cancellations
Update spreadsheets including management Company
handover & Estate agent payments
Produce and update price lists
Report marketing performance to the Sales team
Diarise meetings for the department

Training
You will attend Exeter College one day a week (during term time) working towards your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner or Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship - the level of apprenticeship will depend on candidates prior knowledge and qualifications.
Qualifications required
GCSE 4/C in English and Maths (or equivalent).
If you do not have one of these qualifications there may be the opportunity to retake it alongside your apprenticeship.
Skills required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-oriented and a desire to provide exceptional service.
Basic computer skills.
