Please note that this role will be offered as a 'training role' for the relevant candidate. The key responsibilities of the role are Extract, gather, analyse and interpret complex information, including both quantitative and qualitative, from a range of sources taking account of confidentiality and the limitations of the data used. Using data and intelligence, work with stakeholders to improve care coordination and services. Ensure timely and appropriate delivery of key information reports and analyses. To work with information from a range of sources presenting complex information in a meaningful way to increase organisational knowledge and enable evidence-based decisions. Undertake data quality work, monitoring and investigating information variances, working with Practices to actively pursue discrepancies and identify changes in data recording requirements to ensure that consistently high quality and compliant data is available and supplied in an understandable and usable format for analysis. Participate in relevant meetings, providing information advice and support where requested. Support the development of new reporting mechanisms. Work with Practices to create and maintain relevant processes and data quality checks to ensure data remains of high quality for analysis. Support on developments and opportunities for EPCN & EHP Support the Senior Performance and Data Analyst and other EPCN & EHP Teams in the execution of business duties
