The Inventory Coordinator position, with an emphasis on reporting, demands a candidate who is driven by data, meticulous in attention to detail, and proactive in optimising inventory procedures to improve reporting accuracy for better decision-making within the organization. This role necessitates an individual with a positive attitude, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate superb attention to detail and possess excellent analytical skills.
A typical day in this role includes:
· Create and update daily, weekly, or monthly reports on inventory status
· Addressing any data discrepancies or anomalies promptly to maintain reporting integrity
· Communicate trends, challenges, and opportunities based on data analysis to support decision-making.
· Providing support on export orders
· Maintain accurate inventory data in the database or inventory management system for the Online store

What you’ll need:
· Experience of operating within a Retail Supply Chain
· Strong Excel skills
· You need to have a working knowledge of general retail commercial processes
· You need to understand the core principles of a distribution operation and stock management
· You’ll be a team player, proactive, enjoy problem solving, and root cause analysis
· You will be resilient and willing to embrace change
· You will be willing to continuously learn and develop
· You need to have the confidence to make decisions in a complex environment.
