Summary
We're recruiting for a team of facilities and accommodation staff
A baic DBS check will need to be carried out if successful
Hours: 09:00am - 16:30pm
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
THE JOB PURPOSE
To assist Accommodation Services staff to prepare the accommodation for conference and student use
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, and plastering tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the management team.
- Coordinate with external contractors for larger repair projects when necessary.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of common areas and events as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their living environment is well-maintained.
