We are recruiting for Senior Warehouse Operatives/Team Lead to join our brand-new contract with our prestigious customer, The White Company, based out of Rockingham, Corby. Employed on a permanent contract you will be responsible for assisting in leading a team of warehouse operatives acting as the first escalation point and task assignment for the warehouse operatives.

Day to Day
- Allocating tasks across a team of warehouse operatives
- Acting as the first point of escalation for all issues and queries within the warehouse operation
- Working closely with Team Managers to achieve results
- Picking, inspecting and/or packing and recording to customers instructions using either electronic scanners or manual pick sheets.
- Operating in line with Wincanton Health & Safety policies to ensure the safety of yourself and those around you.
- Able to work in line with KPI’s.

- Previous experience in a team lead position within a warehouse operation would be advantageous
- Clear communicator who can help to lead a team and get the best results from individuals
- Support the development of colleagues and address under-performance where necessary
- Proactive and flexible in your approach to work
