Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative with a strong ability to engage in cold calling to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, converting leads into customers, and proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold calling to expand our customer base. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Inbound Sales Enquiries: Respond promptly to incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide information about products/services, address customer questions, and guide potential clients through the sales process.
Convert Leads into Sales: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels. Develop strong relationships with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers who have not expressed prior interest in our products/services. Identify opportunities to introduce our offerings and create interest in what we provide.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline. Track and manage customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Consistently contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams to help improve our offerings and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in an inbound sales or cold calling role. Experience in specialist cleaning is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
