Crynodeb
The post holder will: Provide overall management of their allocated services Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of care pathways through the service including triage, assessment, treatment, and discharge of children and young people and their families Ensure the service is delivered in accordance with national and local policies, priorities and regulatory frameworks and meets all performance targets. Work in partnership with Heads of Profession and other clinical leads, to maintain a culture within the service of excellence in clinical standards and safety. Operate as a leader within the multi-agency network of childrens services, to ensure the service is delivered as part of an integrated system to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for children and young people. Ensure the service is delivered to meet key performance targets.
