Crynodeb
This is a 12-15 month apprenticeship with the view of the successful candidate being offered full time employment. The successful candidate will work towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.
· Helping to create and produce a regular podcast
· Filming content within the auction house, out on valuations and for other areas of the business
· Editing video to prepare polished content for different social media platforms
· Writing content for social media
· Learning about Prestige Auctions, understanding our brand and who our customers are.
· Assisting customers, and providing exceptional customer service
· Tracking social media analytics, ensuring content reaches a wide target audience
· The chance to learn more about how a successful auction business works, with the opportunity to get involved with lots of other varied duties
