Wanting to secure a new role as a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant prior to the summer holidays?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Working in a fantastic middle school starting for the new academic year in September, and the school are wanting to get this role secured and filled before 22nd July.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to join the team, and work alongside a year 5 pupil from September 2.5 days per week between September through to October half term and then 3.5 days a week until Christmas.

You will play a crucial role in assisting this pupils learning experience, working 1:1 with them each day.

Ideally you will have experience with SEND/trauma informed practice or attachment awareness , and happy to be providing one-to-one support, facilitating activities to assist learning, and create a close relationships with the student.

It is essential that you are passionate about getting the very best from the students and their learning, and committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Level 2 / 3 Qualification in Supporting and Learning in Schools is preferred but not ideal if you have a back ground in learning support/ youth working etc.

Additional Requirements:
Criminal Conviction Check (DBS) required
x2 references to show education/childcare related experience
