Your focus will be on maintaining and repairing vacant domestic properties to exceptional standards. This includes utilizing your skills in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, decorating, and plastering. Projects may also involve fitting kitchens and bathrooms, as well as completing exterior tasks like fencing, all tailored to meet specific work schedules.

What we're looking for:
- Proficient in multiple trade disciplines with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Experience interacting with the public and residents in a professional manner.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety practices
- Sound technical knowledge across various aspects of construction.
- Skilled in both carpentry and plumbing with significant practical experience.
- Possession of relevant technical qualifications or at least 6 years of equivalent industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing, or wet trades
- Valid UK driving license and ability to drive.
