Creating and optimizing nurture programmes, continuous campaign testing, and analyzing performance to improve conversion rates and ROI. Collaborating with marketing leadership to monitor KPIs and campaign metrics, maintaining the email marketing calendar, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. Managing the marketing automation platform, staying updated on industry trends, and supporting marketing operations programmes. Keeping marketing colleagues informed on scheduling and potential conflicts.
