Job title: Internal wall installer/ Plasterer

Pay rate: £45,000 annual or £21.58 hourly

Location: Lincolnshire, covering East lindsey, South Holland and Boston

Contract: Temporary or permanent, full time hours, van and mobile provided

Responsibilities:

  • Internal Wall Installations: Precisely install stud walls and plasterboard according to project specifications
  • Plastering Mastery: Apply plaster to achieve seamless, smooth finishes on walls and ceilings
  • Restoration and Repair: Skillfully repair and restore damaged plasterwork, ensuring a seamless integration with existing structures
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces meticulously, including cleaning, taping, and applying bonding agents for optimal plaster adhesion
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to building codes and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely within a team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in internal wall installation and plastering.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Professionalism: Dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Credentials: Valid UK driver's licence
