How you’ll make a difference
As a Bank Manager, you’ll make a genuine difference to our customers by going the extra mile to deliver an excellent customer experience. By adding that special personal touch to get to know our customers, you’ll give them suitable financial options and use your expertise to support our more vulnerable customers. This is a pivotal role to create strong and valued relationships with new customers and to make our existing customer relationships even better. You’ll be the one at the head of this branch team – leading by example and providing direction and focus.
Our branches vary in size but our definition of the best never changes.

- Excellent Coaching Skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, making our collective strength count.
