Summary
Maintain effective working relationships with key contacts at LTH and NWAA in order to progress processes/role/service. Be a point of contact for enquires relating to the NWAA liaison role facilitating communication and information flows between patients/families and the clinical teams at LTH/NWAA, initiating and supporting the response to correspondence and resolving enquires. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times in adherence with current information governance legislation. Keeps up to date with mandatory IG training. Create audit reports for presentation at meetings (as annual audit programme), access of databases and other LTH and NWAA systems to complete accurate and robust HEMS and NMTR data submissions. Investigate and respond to incidents and complaints as required taking action where necessary, with reporting to line manager.Please see attached Job Description for more details.
