Summary
Office Administrator
Salary: £24k (Pro-rata)
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: 5 days per week, 20-25 hours per week

The Key Duties of the Office Administrator
- To provide a full range of administrative support to the Directors and Engineers including formatting of reports, specifications and letters, printing documents to PDF and booking with travel and accommodation bookings.
- Arranging lunchtime training seminars and coordinating the provision of lunch
- Handling and transferring incoming calls and dealing with all customer enquiries, liaising with suppliers and other companies.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
