Crynodeb
A unique and incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen with a market-leading MGA that is constantly expanding and is in a period of growth. The MGA predominantly cover commercial vehicle (motor fleet) however do have exposure in writing private cover as well as taxi book of business.
An opportunity has arisen within their claims department and are looking for someone to lead the motor team and provide the best possible claims service to clients. You will not be expected to have a portfolio within this role but will be responsible for the growth of the department, management of claims philosophy and continuous improvement.
Managing a team of claims handlers, you will be solely responsible for the leadership and direction of the team. You will be expected to support the team in allocating work, setting reserves, attend claims meetings with both internal and external stakeholders as well as managing / overseeing the team.
This a full-time office-based role in Manchester as you will be expected to manage/oversee the claims team that are in the office permanently. In return, this position offers a very competitive salary with the opportunity to grow the regional office.
