We are looking for enthusiastic Apprentice Recruitment Consultants to join our lively team in Wolverhampton West Midlands.
The successful applicant for this Apprentice Recruitment Consultant in Wolverhampton, West Midlands will be supporting the growth of the industrial desk working alongside experienced recruitment consultants through tasks such, candidate searching, interviewing, database maintenance, advertising and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
Duties will include:
• Search and Selection of prospective candidates
• Qualifying candidates on the phone and face to face
• Identifying skills to match candidates with suitable jobs
• Registering candidates and arranging follow up interviews
• Dealing with incoming phone calls.
• Basic admin
• Ensuring the database is maintained accurately
• Writing basic job adverts and job descriptions
• Managing and developing candidate relationships
• Dealing with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
This is apprenticeship is administered in partnership with Birmingham South and City College, Birmingham.
