Summary

Assistant Instore Design Manager
£32,000 - £34,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6A)
12 month fixed term contract

We're looking for an Assistant Instore Design Manager to join us and help deliver a full calendar year of instore comms, supporting our campaigns and promotions. In this role, you'll work on multiple instore marketing campaigns, collaborating with all kinds of people across the business, and building meaningful relationships as you go. It's a big job and you'll need to be structure and process driven to meet the demands of our comms calendar. What you'll do
* Prioritise and deliver multiple instore marketing campaigns concurrently
* Make sure campaigns are customer focused and delivered on-time and supplement other comms channels
* Brief agencies on creative concepts, managing through the creative sign-off process and approving final artwork through to print repro
* Work in collaboration with the rest of the instore team to ensure customer needs are balanced with budgets assigned
* Make sure all strategy and creative supports both the overarching business objectives and reflects the customer insights for each campaign

This role will suit people who have
* Below the line/through the line comms/marketing experience in a retail or FMCG context (could be agency or in-house)
* Excellent organisational and time-keeping skills; you can prioritise workload and work optimally under pressure
* Experience of handling relationships with 3rd party agencies
* Delivered well-rounded coordinated marketing campaigns
* Experience of assessing creative briefing and sign off processes (including writing briefs)
* Great communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence people at all levels
