Summary
Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Technician (Trainee) required.
Perfection Alloys Ltd requires Trainee CNC/ Wheel Refurbishment Technicians for the East Midlands and surrounding county area's.
Perfection Alloys Ltd has been trading for in excess of 25 years and is one of the UK’s leading professional Alloy Wheel refurbishment and Vehicle Screen & Trim repair specialists, with over 300 Main Dealership and insurance customers and covering the UK.
Due to newly secured contracts, we can now offer a hands-on training program for future Wheel Refurbishment Technicians!
This challenging and exciting role will require a keen to learn, mature and ambitious, a positive-minded person who genuinely seeks a future in the SMART/wheel refurbishment career path!
We are bringing to market a brand new position within the company, that being a mobile CNC wheel Technician. Our latest mobile refurbishment van will be fitted with the latest generation CNC machine to enable the refurbishment of Diamond cut wheels at customer premises.
We're looking for the 'right candidates' not the 'first candidates' who genuinely wish to create a great future and career within the Vehicle industry and beyond. You must have a keen eye for detail and ideally some experience within the vehicle refurbishment industry or some engineering back ground.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN at huge expense by us!
No previous experience required.
Training will include all aspects of the operation of the CNC machine and wheel refurbishment process including removal and refitting of wheels, recutting of the diamond cut surface, repairing and spray-painting damaged alloy wheels to an exceptionally very high standard using the latest paints and lacquers using power and air-powered equipment provided by the Company.
Occasional collection and delivery of wheels from customer premises.
After completion of training the company will provide the following:
• Fully expensed modern Company vehicle
• Company uniform
• Ongoing training and support
• Fully expensed Company telephone
• Staff discount

• Exceptional bonus scheme!
During training the wage will be £23790 (depending on your age) after training an expected OTE (provable) annual wage of between £28000 -£45000+ can be achieved, of course, this depends on your own ability!
After training applicants should expect to work Monday to Friday during Motor Dealer opening hours. Saturday working is requested on a pro-rota basis (approx. 1 in 3 workload permitting).
Please note heavy lifting may be involved in this position.
