Summary
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THIS LOCATION EASILY, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A CAR AND ARE WILLING TO DO BOTH MORNING AND AFTERNOON SHIFT PLEASE
22.5 hours per week (7.30am to 9.00am and 3.00pm to 6.00pm) You will be required to work during School Holidays if required at our Holiday Club. However, this can be done in a block of hours each day.
A relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years would be an advantage but not essential.
We are looking for the right candidate to work with children at our After School Club.
Duties:
- Supervise and engage with children during sessions
- Plan and organize age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Assist with snack time and mealtime routines
- Maintain a clean and organized play environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding their child's experience
Our general Requirements are:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A childcare qualification would be an advantage and for the right candidate.
