As the Head Therapist, you will be responsible for overseeing all spa operations, managing a team of skilled therapists, and delivering world-class treatments. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our spa’s esteemed reputation and ensuring every guest experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of therapists to deliver exceptional treatments and customer service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high standards and introduce new techniques.
- Oversee the scheduling of therapists to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensure all treatments meet our five-star standards and protocols.
- Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the spa manager to develop new treatments and packages.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and client information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior or Head Therapist in a luxury spa environment.
- Professional certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in spa management software is an asset.
