The Role
This is a part time 20 hour per week role, and you may need to be available to work shifts between 10am and 2pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 2pm) to which you will have time off in lieu.
Their decorator centre in Reading is looking for a new Sales Assistant. Building relationships with customers, merchandising stock and packing orders, you'll spend most of your time speaking to and assisting customers, ensuring they receive expert advice, exceptional service and a perfect cuppa every time they shop with them.
We are also looking for the following skills and criteria:
- Customer service experience (telephone or face to face in any industry) Ideally you should have a background in sales and retail
- IT literate
- Working as part of a small close-knit team
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Having the right behaviours and work ethic
- Consistent in roles in previous experience
