Sales Order Administrator – Customer Support
About the Role
Join the adventure with Alpkit as our Sales Admin CS Hero! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer support team, ensuring our customer orders glide smoothly through our systems and reach our delivery promise timelines. If you're a natural problem-solver with a passion for outdoor gear, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
• System Monitoring: Keep an eagle eye on our systems and swiftly resolve any issues delaying customer orders.
• Customer Communication: Work with our customer facing staff to answer customer queries in times of need.
• Stock Control: Work with our stock team to ensure stock awaiting systems are accurate and up to date.
• CRM Management: Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system (Khaos Control).
• Database Maintenance: Work with CRM software to manage customer databases on Khaos and Shopify.
• Stock Reassignment: Efficiently reassign stock across our 10 dispatch locations for store deliveries
• Pre-Order Management: Take charge of the ‘pre order’ section.
• Ecommerce Collaboration: Ensure a seamless web experience on both the front and back end in collaboration with the Ecommerce team.
• Sustainability Practices: Uphold our commitment to sustainability in your daily tasks
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with our products to provide informed assistance to customers—weekly training included!
• Process Improvement: Identify and share opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback.
• GDPR Compliance: Adhere to GDPR and secure information-sharing policies.
• KPI Adherence: Meet key KPI’s within your role and within department.
About the Team
Our Customer Support Team is small but mighty, playing a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a world-class experience and receive their orders promptly. It’s a fast-paced and demanding environment, but our close-knit team keep us energized and ready to tackle any challenge!
About You

• Problem-Solver: You have a knack for finding solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is your middle name.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office software and written communication.

• Experienced: Previous experience in a similar outdoor retail or customer support role is a plus.
• Safe Operator: You prioritize safety in all operations.
Location: Alpkit Campus, NG16
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Time: 09:00-17:30
