We are delighted to be able to offer the rare opportunity to join the Van Monster team as a Vehicle Appraiser. Here at Van Monster, we pride ourselves on being commercial vehicle experts and we are incredibly proud of our reputation for being able to source all shapes and sizes of vans for our customers.
Role Overview
The role involves processing and uploading all Northgate/Auxillis trade and vendor vehicles for sale, accurately assessing their condition, identifying damage, and capturing images. Responsibilities include conducting visual and audible assessments per the Assist40 procedure, identifying any defects. Compliance with Van Monster standards, policies, and procedures is essential, as is providing consistent good customer service during vehicle handovers. Vehicles must be photographed without customer logos, cleaned, and free from rubbish. Additionally, daily arrivals, uploads, and handovers must be reported, and all vehicles parked and secured in the yards.
