Are you passionate about sales and customer service? Join our team of go-getters and can-doers as a Webchat Advisor!
- Salary - £23,878 plus uncapped bonus potential.
- Location - Home working (based within UK).
- Full time permanent position - Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am-10.15pm Monday to Sunday.
You will be assisting chats from existing customers, supporting a range of queries. These can be from customers who are within the last 6 months of their contract & want to leave or customers wanting to upgrade. You will work to drive sales through effective questioning & work to promote additional products & services such as mobile phone contracts, home broadband, tablets, sims & more.

What you'll need:
- Experience dealing with customer journey interactions.
- Experience within a sales environment & working towards targets (desirable).
- A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels.
- A technical mindset - you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-staff environment.
- Exceptionally customer focused and committed to resolving queries.
