The Administrator is responsible supporting the office with all administrative duties.
This role is to start immediately!
Responsibilities:
• Processing orders from confirmation to delivery
• Generating proformas for non-account customers
• Carrying out stock taking activity for centre equipment
• Updating supplier stock counts daily/weekly
• Packaging and dispatching smaller orders directly from site
• Monitoring refreshment and stationery stock, reordering as required
• Handling the office administration including the availability and reordering of documentation, scheduling, and completion of the assessment process
• Producing certification and maintaining training records
• Liaising with candidates attending training and supporting trainers by the arrangement of refreshments and carrying out administration tasks
• Managing the height safety kits delivered to the centre for training
• Deputising in Office & Centre Managers absence.
Personal Specification:
• Proven administration and customer service experience
• Proficent with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivation and a team player
• Good communication skills both with internal and external customers
• Able to work on own initiative
