Job full description: VetiGraph UK is a leading supplier of CAD/CAM and PLM solutions to fashion and apparel, home furnishings, and other related industries. VetiGraph has a strong position in the UK for which we have great ambition for continued growth. To strengthen our existing team, a vacancy has arisen for a junior trainer on VetiGraph CAD/CAM and our StylePack PLM software. This will be based at our Leicester office and training facility. The right candidate will have knowledge of pattern making and grading (manual and digital), garment production, and a flair for the technical side of CAD design. A knowledge of CAD is desirable, but not essential. Full training on VetiGraph systems and PLM software will be provided. Responsibilities: • Assisting clients on site and remotely. • System implementation from start to finish. • Training small groups of students on CAD/CAM and PLM. • Demonstrating CAD/CAM and PLM software solutions. • Troubleshooting over the phone and using remote access software. • Writing of training manuals. • Software testing and bug reports.
