What skills and experience we're looking for

The University of Kent Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a Site Assistant to join their dependable and committed team. This role is full-time, all year round, and is being offered on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of a site team who are dedicated to ensuring excellent standards in the maintenance work of the buildings and sites of the two academies. We are looking for an energetic and responsible person who either has some prior experience in a similar role or who possesses a skill set and aptitude to enable them to turn their hands to DIY maintenance or the ability to problem-solve and resolve basic site issues. You will need to be an effective communicator, have a good sense of humour and be willing to become a supportive member of a large site team.

What the school offers its staff
