Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join the team at newly refurbished Mercure Chester Abbots Well Hotel.

A day in the life of…
As Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible of leading the housekeeping team and being a key member of the Hotel’s Management team. You will display a proactive and innovative approach to skill development and enhancement in your team while accurately assessing needs of the business in terms of staffing and ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained and monitored throughout the hotel. Finally, you will co-ordinate constructively with both reception and reservations so that the day-to-day operational requirements are successfully delivered.
Based in the newly refurbished Mercure Chester Abbots Well Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
The hotel has got 126 bedrooms including suites and studio rooms, 9 conference rooms for up to 230 guests, a restaurant, a bar and a Leisure Club
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role ideally in a branded hospitality environment
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, standards, and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
