What You'll Do:
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with our temporary workforce for quick and efficient bookings.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Candidate team to allocate the right resources.
• Learn and Grow: Deep dive into social care services and the recruitment industry.
Skills and Knowledge You Bring:
We are looking for someone who:
• Understands and connects with others easily.
• Can plan and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys persuading and motivating others.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Is reflective and committed to continuous improvement.
• Maintains high ethical standards.
• Can adapt and solve problems on the fly.
• Is comfortable with Office 365, Salesforce, and other digital tools.
• Process-oriented and able to follow established procedures.
• Excellent in text, phone, and verbal communication.
• Familiar with sales or recruitment environments (desirable but not essential).
• Driven by targets and goals.
Dealbreakers:
• Hold a permanent full-time right to work in the UK.
• Possess a valid driving license and access to own car.
• Located within a 30-minute commute of our Tadcaster office.
