Part- time role available covering 2 nights per week totalling 24 hours per week. Shift patterns are from 19.30pm - 08.00am, must be flexible to holiday & sickness. Applicants must have own transport due to rural location.
Seven Rivers is set in seven acres of beautiful grounds in the small village of Great Bromley. Home for 29 adults with physical disabilities.
As a Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire you will become part of a fantastic team. You will provide effective supervision of a team of Support Workers, lead with passion and enthusiasm promoting positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.
You will ensure our customers receive the very best care, personal support and assistance with daily life tasks. Supporting our Person Centred approach, you will ensure maximum independence for our customers and helping them to achieve individual aspirations.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Ideally have a level of professional development and registration (NVQ/SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, L4 NVQ/SVQ) or willing to work towards a relevant qualification.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Have experience in supervising a team.
• Work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
• Be experienced in working within a care setting.
• Flexibility to work within rostered hours / prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
