Position Overview:
The Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in driving the recruitment process, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. This role demands a highly motivated and experienced individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client requirements.
o Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on the recruitment process.
• Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
o Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.
o Use various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
o Match candidates to suitable positions and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand P4 Recruitment’s client base.
o Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote P4 Recruitment’s services.
o Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Database and Administrative Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions in the recruitment software.
o Prepare job descriptions, candidate profiles, and other necessary documentation.
o Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Person Specification:
Essential Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Experience:
• Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role, with a track record of successful placements.
• Experience using recruitment software and tools.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
Personal Attributes:
• Results-driven and goal-oriented.
