The details
Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Working Hours: Monday- Friday, 8am - 5pm
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 PA DOE
Duration: Temp to perm
The successful candidate will be:
• Entering emailed and telephoned orders into Business Central (BC) computer system in an accurate and timely manner and communicating the orders to relevant members of the business
• Contacting customers for sales orders and any service-related issues
• Entering third party Supplier despatch information into our BC system in a timely manner
• Managing the planning of packing
• Liaising with the Procurement director to agree on purchase requirements
• Liaising with the production team to agree on weekly packing priorities
• Managing stocks to ensure all orders are fulfilled effectively and no ‘distressed’ sales occur as a result of incorrect stock levels
• Provide Planning back-up to the planner for holidays
• Maintaining Customer admin (new customers, new ship to locations and sales pricing etc.) in BC system and providing sales support information to our Commercial team
