develop. We are now seeking a talented, experienced Support Chef to join our successful Educational Catering teams for our
Independent and State schools across the London/South
There are three basic ingredients for this role;
* The food – Here at Pabulum our values, Education, Passion, Sensation and Innovation are at the forefront of everything we do.
Our food is freshly prepared on site every day, using British produce and little or no frozen or processed foods.
* The people - Happy customers always come back for more, so we encourage you ensure they have an excellent customer experience.
* And you – We are recruiting for a talented Training & Development Chef who has a passion for fresh cooking to lead our positive
and professional team.
About The Role And Benefits;
* We are offering a salary of up to £35,000 per annum
* Mileage/travel allowance
* Monday – Friday 40 hours a week
* Excellent work/life balance due to term time only contract
* NEST pension scheme

* Consistent training and development
Duties include;
* To cover Chef Manager holiday and sickness
* To cover a vacancy
* To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
* Completing company bookwork
* Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
* Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
As you will be working in Education, you must provide two employment/character references and we’ll also carry out an Enhanced DBS
