We are currently undergoing a period of significant change with exciting major projects and significant system implementations. As part of our commitment to our development strategy, we have a brand new opportunity for an experienced, curious and self motivated Business Analyst.
Responsibilities of the role:
Our Business Analysts will be responsible for working with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to analyse current systems and process and elicit requirements which would enable significant improvement. They will work with our internal development team external provider and project Managers to ensure new systems integrate effectively and alongside new processes, fully address the identified needs of the organisation and most critically the end users. Using user stories effectively with be critical, as will the ability to interpret and represent concepts and proposals visually.
You will be working on a variety of digital and process improvement projects and be familiar with the end-to-end project life cycle from understanding and gathering user requirements, formal documentation through to implementation, presenting to stakeholders of all levels and all areas of the business.
