Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Estimator to join their vibrant team!
In this crucial role, you'll be the linchpin in costing jobs before and after completion. You'll collaborate closely with the operational delivery and finance teams to accurately estimate jobs using SOR and cost-plus models, ensuring target margins are achieved and monitored throughout each project's lifecycle.

Are you the right person for the job?
• Possession of full UK Driving Licence
• Very strong knowledge of NHF schedule of rates
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software packages
What will your role look like?
• Provide estimates for requested projects in both private and social housing clients
• Prepare estimates of all costs including sub-contractors & materials with assistance from the wider team
• Prepare costs using NHF Schedule of Rates and bespoke rates
• Assist the team to ensure that the required profit margins are achieved
• Pre-code and assist scheduling department
• Preparing reports
• Support the team to ensure that the business achieves its objectives
• Assisting with the development of knowledge and skills within the existing team
