Exams and Data Officer – Ditcham Park School – Full-Time
The Exams and Data Officer is a dual role, providing integral support to the academic functions of our school. As the Exams Officer, you will ensure the smooth running of all examinations, while as the Data Officer, you will play a vital role supporting academic and support staff in reporting for analysing information. The successful candidate will have experience in an Exams Officer post, computer literate and using an educational MIS database.
We are seeking an inspiring Exams and Data Officer to the manager the GCSE exam series, including the on-boarding of invigilators, results and JCQ inspections. This role manages the school’s database to ensure the database is fully functioning to support teachers and support staff reporting.
Ditcham Park School is a unique, successful and thriving school situated on 16 acres in the beautiful South Downs National Park. The 400 pupils aged rising 3 -16 benefit from a caring and supportive ethos and small classes. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
Applicants must undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers, and an enhanced DBS check will be required.
