We have a rare and exciting opportunity to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and committed Early Years Practitioner to join and lead our Pre-school team starting in September 2024.
We are looking for a leader with a caring nature who has an ability to engage, support, develop and empower each member of their team enabling them to reach their full potential in delivering best practice for children.
You must have an extensive working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework with a desire to support and promote individual children, enabling them to thrive.
Applicants must hold a full and relevant Early Years and Childcare qualification at a minimum Level 3.
You will also need to be adaptable and flexible due to the nature of the business.
Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS and be asked for references. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
