Your new company
A leading independent technology partner and global integrator is looking for an FP&A professional to undertake a crucial role in their finance department.
Your new role
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process, including gathering input from various departments, consolidating data, and preparing reports for senior management.
- Monitor and analyse budget variances, providing explanations and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, including management reports, board presentations, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse financial data, providing support and insights to improve business performance.
- Act as a financial advisor to business unit leaders, providing guidance on financial implications of business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA Qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., Intact, NetSuite, Sage).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
