Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) with a passion for delivering exceptional clinical care? Look no further! At Hutton View Care Home , located in Hutton , Brentwood , we're seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join our dynamic team.

About the Role: As a Clinical Lead Nurse with Hallmark Care Homes, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. From implementing rigorous safeguarding policies to overseeing care plans, your expertise will shape the delivery of compassionate and person-centered care. You'll have the freedom to make critical clinical decisions, mentor and inspire our care team, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing floor coverage as needed.

About You:

Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
Experience in gerontology and strong clinical policy knowledge
Dedicated, motivational, and passionate about sharing knowledge
Compassionate, person-centered approach to nursing
