Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only + 5 Days

Boston Spa Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Attendance and Welfare Officer. This role is of great importance to our work as an academy - the successful will be expected to analyse and identify student absences and take appropriate action to support students back into the academy.

The ideal applicant will have:
• A full clean driving licence.
• Knowledge and understanding of key government legislation surrounding attendance.
• The ability to relate well to children and adults.
• Recent experience working in a secondary school.
